How Much Does it Cost?
All of our workshop presentations are provided at no cost to the employer or to your employees and each one includes a delicious healthy Subway lunch for up to 40 employees.
How Soon Can We Get Started?
Getting started is easy! Click here to ‘schedule your next wellness event’. Choose a topic, request a specific date, a preferred time and our wellness program coordinator will contact you to confirm the details within two business days.

Why Are Your Programs Free?
Our healthcare professionals are committed to wellness education and educating people is what they love to do. They derive a great deal of personal satisfaction from their work and indirectly they gain awareness and exposure to their area of professional expertise and to their practices.
Is There a Limit to the Number of Workshops I Can Request?
You may request up to 4 different worskshops to be given at any one location at no cost. This allows for smaller group sizes. Free lunches are provided for up to 40 employees at a time. Larger group presentations can be accommodated without the free lunch feature. We would be happy to discuss helping your company to create a more formal wellness program on a cost per program basis.
